Judul terinspirasi dari cara penomoran matakuliah. BNS-301 adalah analogi mata kuliah studio perencanaan mahasiswa arsitektur tingkat 3 & 4.
BNS adalah bakrie nirwana semesta a.k.a bakrieland hotels and resorts. Entri berikut akan bercerita tentang pekerjaan saya dari Juni tahun 2008 sampai dengan Oktober 2012. Selamat mengeksplorasi.

PT. Bakrieland Development | Senior Architect (Assistant Manager) Bakrieland Hotels Resorts Responsibility :
1. Coordinating design process with another related field (architecture, interior, structure , mechanical, electrical and landscape) and all vendor-supplier who working with
2. Supervising architecture and interior design in a new building or building renovation.
3. Arranging block plan/master plan, preliminary business plan and master budget and development cost when project starts.
4. Preparing conceptual and preliminary drawing and material specification to be presented to Board of Directors and stakeholders
5. Preparing & coordinating tender process (Term of Reference, quotation analyzing and clarification.

• EatonLuxe Nirwana Bali, Nirwana Bali Resorts, (Condotel 180 rooms, 21.500 m2, retail, meeting)
